Please note that all sticker sales are final. Since stickers are handmade and shipped directly from my home studio, I am unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on sticker purchases. Additionally, shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and tariffs are non-refundable.

I work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with any available shipping details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and your local postal service.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You'll always be able to see the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Business days refer to Monday through Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with any available shipping information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and your local postal service.

During busier periods, I may hold orders for a few days so I can ship multiple packages in a single post office trip. This helps reduce unnecessary travel and keeps my small business a little more environmentally friendly by lowering our carbon footprint.

Stickers, Sticker Sheets, and Mail Club Items are shipped to the USA/Canada by default in a flat envelope without tracking to keep costs low. If you would prefer tracked shipping, please feel free to message me before placing your order and I’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
